I started my personal training with Aaron because I couldn't get any further in my training and I felt I had to change something. I just wanted to put a lot of energy into researching holistic health training, when we started talking about it and I had the wonderful opportunity to outsource it to him.

His Exercises, Feedback, and treatment started to help me just after a week. We started with an analysis of my movements and figured out my weak points.

Then he gave me a training plan and a week for a week he is adding something small or changing an exercise so it´s easy to remember and put it in my plan. Special for me is, that he explains to me the why behind everything so I can understand, why I´m doing what.

So if you want to do more sustainable sport, you want to have an individual, holistic treatment and you would like to have motivational, kick-in-the-ass support then you are in the right place at Aaron.

I had a 1 on 1 initial consultation with Aaron about three weeks ago. I have been suffering from neck and upper back pain for a year now and knew I had to start to look after my body after putting it off for too long.

I went to see Aaron for his holistic and intuitive care. It was a really informative session where we went through a range of body mobility and strengthening exercises. The focus on breathing work and thoracic mobility has really helped me encounter less pain in the three weeks that have passed.

I now have a daily program that Aaron tailored for me and have a consistent routine to look after my spine. He also has great online resources to refresh your memory on certain exercises Aaron doesn’t mess around with how to get bodybuilder aesthetics, he actually shows you how to intelligently use specific muscles groups to support a healthy and mobile spine.

If that sounds like what you want; a thoughtful and aware teacher who can guide you in achieving intelligent movement, Aaron is your guy!

Aaron helped me a lot, providing an evaluation of where I was at at the beginning of my training with him, and then making me a detailed workout plan to support the training I was already doing based on my goals and weaknesses.

I had a session with him where he explained all of the exercises to me, demonstrating them and doing them with me to make sure I was executing them correctly.

Aaron was super helpful, checking in with me each week to make sure I was staying on track and not having any issues, and he also provided me with some further information and exercises after a couple of weeks to help with my posture and alignment.

I would absolutely recommend Aaron if you are looking for a holistic personal trainer/coach to help you improve your fitness, mobility, and overall well-being. He is passionate and knowledgeable, always striving to support his clients to the greatest possible extent.

I have been seeing Aaron for a couple of years now for massage and posture support. His style is super rejuvenating and I leave feeling aligned and refreshed.

Aaron after just a couple of sessions really was in tune with my body and what needed the extra attention. He really is aware and present in his work to really make sure you get the most out of the massage.

I do physical work in film production and have been doing a regular hour and hour and a half sessions and it's becoming a staple for my well-being. His style and setting are always a relaxing experience I look forward to.

I took private sessions with Aaron to work on learning handstands and Acro Yoga during 2020.

Aaron helped me to gain flexibility in my arms and strength in my core and arms in a way that really helped me to start and improve in my handstand journey. He also encouraged me during the sessions which helped me to gain confidence and believing I could do it.

I enjoyed it and he always gave so much more in the sessions, doing his work with so much love and dedication. He really helped me to achieve the goals I had. He is a beautiful person and can give support in different areas to support your wellbeing.

Thank you Aaron for helping me follow my goal of standing on my hands with confidence and strength!
